The plain English version of how membership goes. Your signed agreement is the one that governs, and it says the same things in more words.
The deal
- The AI Stack is billed monthly, in advance, at the price you joined at.
- There is no setup fee and no minimum term. Cancel any month and you stop paying at the end of that month.
- Founding members lock in their price for as long as they stay a member without a break. Leave and come back later, and you pay whatever the price is that day.
- A custom website through 100 Websites, extra locations, custom integrations and managed ads are quoted separately, in writing, before any work starts.
What you own
Your domain, your phone number, your contact list, your reviews, your content, your rankings and your ad accounts are yours from day one. If you leave, we export your data and hand it over. We do not hold anything hostage.
The tools we build on, and the agent setups and automations we have developed across members, stay ours. You get to use them for as long as you are a member.
Ad spend
Money you spend on Google or Meta ads goes to Google or Meta from your own card. It never runs through us and we never mark it up. If we manage ads for a season, that fee is separate and quoted up front.
Approval
Nothing goes live without your yes. Every agent switches on after a recording you approved. Every ad launches paused until you turn it on.
What we do not promise
We build the agents, test them with your own number, coach you monthly and read your numbers every week. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, reviews or sales, because we do not control your market, your prices or your staff. Anyone who guarantees you a number is guessing. Month to month is the guarantee: if it is not working, you stop paying.
Your side
- Send the audit form, show up to the kickoff and launch calls, and send the logins, schedule, prices and review link we ask for.
- Show up to your monthly SEO session and ads session.
- Answer your phone when the app tells you someone is worth it.
- Use the system lawfully. Texts go only to people who agreed to hear from you.
